We start manufacturing with a flat metal sheets coming from our printing department; those sheets are cut with various cutting tools (up to 9 tools).
As a result we get cups whose edges are rolled by several operations so as to form lugs allowing to seal closures on jars.
In the end a fluid sealing compound is applied inside closures with injection guns; closures are then retorted in order to bake this compound and ensure the jar hermeticity.
All closures are checked by a camera. This camera is capable of removing all non-conformant closures depending on quite specific adjustments.
Compliant closures are then packed in cardboard boxes and palletised by a robot; they are eventually stored in warehouse before shipment.
